You must be at least 18 years old to enter the site. Buying a specific product or service also requires whatever higher age or other qualification federal, state, or local law imposes for that item.

Confirming your age means you personally meet the site-entry rule and that you are not letting someone who does not meet it use this device for access. We may block access, cancel an order, or refuse a sale when eligibility looks incomplete or unlawful.

Most merchandise shown online is offered through wholesale distributors and industry partners we work with. Stock status, pricing, images, and descriptions often come from those partners and can change without notice.

We are not representing that every listed item sits in our own warehouse. Availability is checked when you buy; a listing can sell out, be delayed, or be withdrawn if a distributor cannot supply it.

In-store inventory, when shown separately, is limited to what we actually hold at our location and may differ from distributor-fed listings.

Placing an order is your offer to purchase. We accept when payment clears and we confirm the order (or when we begin fulfillment for services such as bookings or memberships). We may decline or cancel orders that look fraudulent, incomplete, prohibited, or impossible to fulfill.

Displayed prices may exclude tax, shipping, transfer fees, or other charges shown at checkout. You authorize our payment providers to charge the method you submit. Gift cards, memberships, lane reservations, training, and similar offers can carry extra terms shown at purchase.

Depending on the product and checkout options we enable, fulfillment may include in-store pickup, transfer to a licensed FFL you designate, shipment of non-firearm goods to an eligible address, or drop shipment from a distributor or supplier straight to the destination allowed for that item.

When drop ship is used, packing and carrier handoff usually occur at the distributor or supplier—not from our retail counter. Tracking and delivery estimates then depend on that partner and the carrier. Delays, splits, or backorders can happen after checkout if supply changes.

Firearms are not mailed to end consumers. If you choose ship-to-FFL (when offered), the firearm goes to a licensed dealer for transfer under applicable law. You must complete identification, background-check, waiting-period, and fee requirements at the transferring dealer.

You are responsible for choosing a lawful destination and for confirming you may possess the item where you live. We may cancel or re-route an order that cannot be completed legally.

Firearms, ammunition, magazines, and other controlled goods are sold only when the transaction complies with federal, state, and local rules. An online listing does not guarantee a legal sale or transfer in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to buy for a straw purchase, for a prohibited person, or for any other unlawful purpose. Failed background checks, missing ID, dealer refusal, or legal blocks may cancel the sale; refunds then follow law and processor rules, minus non-refundable fees where allowed.

For non-firearm merchandise shipped to you (including drop-shipped parcels), risk of loss generally passes when the fulfilling party hands the package to the carrier, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise. Inspect packages promptly and report carrier damage through the process we provide.

Pickup orders must be collected by an eligible buyer with required identification. Unclaimed orders may be cancelled under store policy.

Ask us before returning anything. Eligibility depends on product type, condition, distributor rules, and law. Firearms, ammunition, special-order, drop-shipped, and many safety-related items may be final sale or tightly limited.

If we or a distributor cannot fulfill after payment, we will work to refund or substitute as appropriate. Distributor restocking or return windows may differ from a purely in-store purchase.

Keep login credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility. Do not abuse the site, probe security, scrape without permission, or use the storefront for illegal activity.

Text, layout, logos, and other materials on this storefront belong to Lowcountry Guns & Range or its licensors (including platform and brand partners). Use them only as needed to shop or book with us, unless we give written permission for more.

THE STOREFRONT AND ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Catalog data from distributors or manufacturers can be incomplete or outdated. Follow safe handling, storage, and legal rules for any firearm-related product you buy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM SITE USE OR FROM PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THIS STOREFRONT.

EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW FORBIDS A CAP, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM TIED TO THE SITE OR AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You will defend and indemnify Lowcountry Guns & Range and its owners, staff, and agents against claims that arise from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or unlawful possession, use, or transfer of items obtained through us.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our store location (98 Purrysburg Rd, Hardeeville, SC 29927), except where federal firearms or other federal law controls, and without applying conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere.

Courts with jurisdiction over that location will hear disputes, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.

We may post revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the storefront after a change means you accept the new Terms.
